America's Next Great Restaurant could be...YOURS!

If you are a restaurant owner or if you just love restaurants, then NBC's "America's Next Great Restaurant" was either a nightmare to watch, trivial entertainment, or downright fun! From a professional standpoint, to watch the finalists compete was really interesting. Save your opinions about reality tv, and take it for what it was: three guys with some or no restaurant experience, vying to have their concepts invested by four of the most recognizable and successful restaurateurs in the industry today. If you run or have ever dreamed of running your own restaurant, it was exciting, aggravating, thoroughly fun and downright frustrating at times to see the thought process and decisions made by each contestant.

Now, we all know that it looked easy from the couch. The real world is anything but easy: 16 hour days, sleepless nights, a sometimes revolving door of staff and endless aggravation from vendors, employees and even customers...but it doesn't have to be that way! That's where I come in.

I decided to start From My Table Consultants to bring my experience to you, the beginning restaurateur- or maybe you are already up and running, and something just isn't right- and help you make the right decisions, take the correct actions, and bring your investment to the next level.

Look, the industry is hard enough- whether you run a coffee house, a burger joint or corner bistro with cutting edge cuisine, it is a demanding and sometimes not so rewarding business.
